Mr. Ravindra Deshpande ( 1BHK Residence in Borivali - West)

Most of us think about retirement and the leisure-filled life that we would like to lead after we have worked all our life for our families. Mr. Ravindra Deshpande was in a similar state of mind when we met to discuss interior design ideas for his residence and we did our best to make his after-work years most enjoyable for him. We executed our designs with cement shera planks to ensure durability and to provide resistance against seepage problems in the building. To enhance the aesthetics we used grout filling for large tiles, covered seepage-prone area with mosaic tiles and created more livable space in bedrooms by using modular cabinets for utilities like a computer workstation. The cherry on top was the graceful, vintage-looking swing we installed in the living room.
